A Third Of Life

Nat57 December 9th, 2007

This article brings up the point that we do not know what is happening in our conscience when we sleep.  Dreams are so elusive to people because of their ambiguity and complexity in our lives.  Dreams leave us feeling as though we have another life altogether when we sleep.  This world we can only get to when we fall asleep.  It cannot be visited when awake and is only a place our subconscious allows us to wander.  We spend one third of our life asleep and it is amazing that we do not yet fully understand our brain and it’s function when we are sleeping.  Hopefully one day science will figure out why we dream and what happens to our bodies when this happens.
